DALLAS (April 28, 2025) – Onyx CenterSource, a leading global provider of B2B payments and business intelligence to the hospitality industry, today announced that Kristen Pratt has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Partnerships and Business Development Initiatives.

In this role, Kristen will lead strategic partnership efforts and drive key industry and alliance initiatives that strengthen Onyx’s value proposition for both hospitality and agency partners.  She will focus on uncovering new opportunities, cultivating innovative collaborations, and delivering impactful solutions that drive efficiency, enhance connectivity, and create greater value across the hospitality ecosystem.

Kristen brings more than two decades of experience in travel and hospitality, having held executive leadership roles at organizations including Corporate Travel Management, Travel and Transport, and Amadeus. She is known throughout the industry for her collaborative approach and deep expertise in building innovative programs that benefit travel buyers and suppliers alike.
