How It Works
1.
Event creation
Hotel sends information to GroupPay via FTP and GroupPay creates the event(s). Additional ability to self-create events individually or bulk upload.
2.
Reconciliation
The hotel sends stay data and the agency uploads registrations to GroupPay. The hotel reconciles bookings, and GroupPay accounts for comped rooms, staff rooms, attrition, and rate variations.
3.
Payment approval
Hotel confirms amount is correct and ready to pay or requests adjustments via automated emails.
4.
Payment communication
Agency confirms receipt of approval, and a remittance notice is sent to the hotel via automated email.
5.
Commission payment(s)
Upon receipt of funds from hotel, payment is sent to the agency via GroupPay.
