With over 20 years of leadership experience in finance and accounting within the technology and human capital sectors, Michael has a proven track record of shaping global financial strategies, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing finance teams.

Before joining Onyx, Michael served as CFO at Monster and CareerBuilder Worldwide, where he spearheaded strategic growth initiatives, managed shared services and accounting, and led financial planning, treasury, tax, M&A, and global transformation efforts. His expertise in strategy, financial planning, and change management has consistently delivered measurable results throughout his career.

Michael is a certified public accountant in the State of Wisconsin and a member of the AICPA. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Concordia University Wisconsin and a master’s degree in business administration. He currently resides in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, with his wife and four children.
