With over 25 years of experience in business travel, meetings, and events, Pauline brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She has held global leadership positions across sales, supplier management, operations, and product development at American Express, CWT, and within the accommodation sector. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with leading FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 companies, helping them optimize their travel programs and consistently driving success.

A recipient of the WINiT Top 50 Women in Business Travel award, Pauline also played a pivotal role as the founding Chair of WINiT EMEA and has contributed to key GBTA committees, including those focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Accommodation.
