As Chief Commercial Officer at Onyx CenterSource, Tony Wagner leads the company’s global sales, marketing, commercial operations, market research, and business data analytics teams. With a customer-centric mindset and data-driven approach, he shapes Onyx’s commercial strategy to drive growth and ensure alignment with evolving market and client needs.

Tony joined Onyx in March 2020 following more than two decades at CWT, a leading global travel management company. There, he held senior commercial leadership roles and spearheaded the successful launch and growth of the CWT Meetings & Events division across the Americas and South Pacific, expanding operations in 12 countries and achieving over 400% growth and totaling $600M in annual gross revenue during his tenure.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and completed the Carlson Executive Leadership Program. A dedicated community leader, Tony currently serves as Board Chair of the University of Minnesota Alumni Association. He lives in the Minneapolis, St. Paul area with his wife and two children and previously served four terms on the Minnetonka City Council (2003–2018).
