As Chief Operating Officer at Onyx CenterSource, Jennifer leads the company’s global operations, product innovation, and strategic execution. With expertise spanning technology, financial services, and hospitality, she drives operational excellence and ensures the seamless delivery of solutions that support Onyx’s hotel and agency partners worldwide.

Jennifer became part of Onyx CenterSource in 2013 as Senior Vice President of Product and Innovation, following her role on the executive team that led the spin-off from Pegasus Solutions. She was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2014. She oversees operational strategy, product development, client services, and process optimization – aligning cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and forward-thinking solutions that meet evolving market needs.

Prior to Onyx, Jennifer spent nearly 14 years at Pegasus Solutions in senior leadership roles across product management and financial services. She led full product life cycle initiatives and complex system implementations, developing deep expertise in commission processing and large-scale operational environments. Jennifer holds a master’s in business administration in Supply Chain Logistics/Management of Technology from Syracuse University. She lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband and dog and is an avid sports fan.
