No, Pegasus and Onyx CenterSource are not the same company, though they share a common history.
Onyx CenterSource was originally the payments division of Pegasus Solutions. In 2013, the payments business was established as an independent, standalone company and rebranded as Onyx CenterSource. The former parent company, Pegasus, now operates separately with a focus on hotel distribution and reservation technologies.
While we originated from the same entity, today Onyx CenterSource is exclusively dedicated to providing B2B payment and commission solutions for the hospitality and travel industries.
